Ante todo descargar: WMEncoder.exe Paso Nº1: instalar el programa para realizar el streaming de audio, este programa será provisto por el personal de Jargon Hosting (WMEncoder.exe) Paso Nº2: en este paso deberíamos abrir el programa Windows media encoder, instalado en el paso anterior, al abrirlo se carga automáticamente el tutorial para la configuración del streaming, como se ve en la figura siguiente PasoNº3: hacemos click en aceptar y se verá una ventana como la siguiente     Paso Nº4: seleccionar como se muestra en la figura de arriba el dispositivo de audio predeterminado, y luego hacer click en el boton configurar señalado en la figura de arriba con un ovalo rojo, la pantalla se vera como la debajo. Y hacemos click en siguiente y se verá una ventana como la siguiente Paso Nº6: En este paso debemos completar los datos para indicarle al codificador en donde hallar los servidores de Jargon Hosting (Nombre del servidor, este dato será provisto por el personal de Jargon Hosting) , y el nombre de nuestro punto de publicación (este dato será provisto por el personal de Jargon Hosting). A continuación hacemos click en siguiente y se verá una ventana como la siguiente. Paso Nº7: en este paso seleccionamos la calidad del audio con el que vamos a transmitir en el caso de este tutorial (24 kbps (kilobits) por segundo), es importante que seleccione la calidad de audio elegida al momento de contratar el servicio de streaming, por que si bien nuestros servidores no limitan la calidad con la cual se puede enviar el audio, si se limita la calidad del audio con la que los oyentes pueden escuchar, por lo tanto si Ud. transmite a una calidad de 32 kbps, y el servicio que habia contratado era de 24kbps, sus oyentes no podran conectarse a nuestros servidores. Luego hacemos click en siguiente y se vera un pantalla como la siguiente Paso Nº8: en este paso hacemos click en siguiente ya que no vamos a utilizar esta opción. A continuación hacemos click en siguiente y se verá una ventana como la siguiente. Paso Nº9: en este paso debemos tildar la primer opción (no, deseo codificar sólo los dispositivos seleccionados) como se muestra en la figura de arriba. Paso Nº10: en este paso el codificador de Windows Media nos permite cargar ciertas descripciones para que las personas que van a ver el video que codifiquemos tengan idea de cual es el titulo, quien es el autor de la señal de video, etc. A continuación hacemos click en siguiente y se verá una ventana como la siguiente. Paso Nº11: en este paso hemos terminado de configurar nuestro codificador de windows media para realizar el envio de la señal de video a los servidores de Jargon Hosting. A continuación hacemos click en Finalizar y se verá una ventana como la siguiente. Paso Nº12: en este paso debemos cargar el nombre de usuario y la contraseña para poder conectarse a los servidores de Jargon Hosting (estos datos seran provistos por el personal de Jargon Hosting). A continuación hacemos click en Aceptar y se verá una ventana como la siguiente. Paso Nº18: Lo unico que resta hacer es empezar a codificar la señal de audio y enviarla a los servidores de Jargon Hosting. Para realizar esto debemos hacer click en el boton Iniciar Codificación señalado con un ovalo rojo en la figura anterior.
